Techniques to destress, think to behave optimistically
1 Slowly stretch and massage fingertips to wrist, stroking shoulders and arms. You may also do this while dry brushing your skin, massage yourself from top to toes while lathering and showering. Better yet, if you can soak away the stress and massaging inside a bathtub filled with warm water and Epsom salt!

2 Sounds of mantra words like Shreem Brzee or ringing of a bell. Concentrate on the sound till it goes away.
3 Vision or Pleasure board Creation activity.. Do 1 thing for 1 hour creates dopamine and happiness which will bring in the law of attraction.
4 Daydream before sleeping, about how the good you did today and yesterdays have made many feel happy and improved their lives. Or if the day didn't go too well, then realign and reimagine it to go the way you would have desired it to. This will rewire your brain for positivity and elevate you to the high vibration where miracles happen. As such, this action of daydreaming is the most important action of all!
5 Food. Glorious food makes us happy and our stomach sing! Good nutritious food freshly prepared empowers our brain cells to heal and fuels good vibes to come forth in every fiber of your being
6 Sleep. 9 to 5. If not, catch up with 12 hours from midnight to noon the following day. You may choose 1 weekend to do so.

Started on semi raw diet recently and discovered new strength coming back physically and emotionally. It is true that many depressed and deficient among us are chemically and biologically (food wise) imbalanced. Fast (Water, Enzymes, Food)
Aloha..happy happy so happy am I to share with the world that we can eat more and stay slim ALL the time! Not only on fasting days, but any day is a good time to start. Ramadhan is on the way and so Muslims all over the world will start their fast from dawn to dusk. What about the rest of the world who are not Muslims? Shall we take this opportunity to understand each other and our bodies more through fasting? If so, which type of fast shall we embark on? Liquid fast, Food fast, Juice fast, Word fast! I have an acquaintance who is continuously on a word fast. Through such discipline, she has such a sweet and pure demeanour and conscience of doing and talking only the needful things. It is a rare pleasure to know such a person exists among us!
I have fasted on juice, barley water, water only for 3 days 3 nights. Excellent for focusing on own self. The better one is 1 full day full fast with no breakfast; 24 hours (dinner last meal till next day dinner time). The best motivation for fasting I find thus far is to get solutions / answers FAST!
