4 things you can do to be optimistic

Techniques to destress, think to behave optimistically

1 Slowly stretch and massage fingertips to wrist, stroking shoulders and arms. You may also do this while dry brushing your skin, massage yourself from top to toes while lathering and showering. Better yet, if you can soak away the stress and massaging inside a bathtub filled with warm water and Epsom salt!
Deep breathing and listening to a visualization audio recording.

2 Sounds of mantra words like Shreem Brzee or ringing of a bell. Concentrate on the sound till it goes away.

3 Vision or Pleasure board Creation activity.. Do 1 thing for 1 hour creates dopamine and happiness which will bring in the law of attraction.

4 Daydream before sleeping, about how the good you did today and yesterdays have made many feel happy and improved their lives. Or if the day didn't go too well,  then realign and reimagine it to go the way you would have desired it to. This will rewire your brain for positivity and elevate you to the high vibration where miracles happen. As such, this action of daydreaming is the most important action of all!
5 Food. Glorious food makes us happy and our stomach sing! Good nutritious food freshly prepared empowers our brain cells to heal and fuels good vibes to come forth in every fiber of your being

6 Sleep. 9 to 5. If not, catch up with 12 hours from midnight to noon the following day. You may choose 1 weekend to do so.
